Isolda Brasil
Isolda Brasil has been practicing law since 2005.
Isolda provides advice in several areas of practice, including advice on commercial law, contracts, property acquisition, incorporation of companies and legal assistance in the legal day-to-day of entities and individuals. She also advises on matters of civil law, employment law, administrative law and notary practice.
Isolda Brasil has vast experience in assisting international clients and dealing with the particularities of foreign legal systems, given that before returning to Portugal she worked in two of the most proeminent law firms of Macau (China) for 9 years. Isolda has held the positions of Associate Lawyer and Senior Associate Lawyer (Head of Practice), advising clients on a myriad of corporate, banking and insurance-related matters, including compliance, advice on the legal day-to-day of companies, advice at the corporate level and contractual matters, human capital strategy, and labor and immigration issues, among others.
She currently maintains her connection to Macau, where she is a founding partner of MLB Lawyers and responsible for the practice areas of Employment, Immigration & Commercial Law, and is also responsible for the practice in Portugal, where she manages Isolda Brasil Advogados.
Prior to her international experience, Isolda was an In House Lawyer and head of department, in Portugal, for one of the leading companies in the field of biofuels in the country.
