Heloisa Warren
Heloisa holds an LL.B. degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, and an MSc degree in Environmental Law from the University of Lisbon's Faculty of Law.
She has practical experience in the field of Public Law, apart from a special interest in investigation within the field of Public International Law, particularly concerning Environmental Law and the Law of the Sea.
Heloisa is responsible for managing the physical and digital documentation archive in the office, in addition to assisting lawyers in lawsuits and administrative procedures for obtaining licenses and permits for urban, tourism, and environmental operations. She drafts applications for administrative procedures and prepares the corresponding documentation to submit the requests. Heloisa also prepares and assists in the preparation of notifications and letters, as well as conducting research to support lawsuits and legal-administrative requests and applications.
She has a special preference for the field of Public Law in general, particularly Administrative Law, Environmental Law, and Law of the Sea.
